Terms of service
Effective September 28, 2026
These terms cover use of Notebinder at notebinder.app. By creating a client or signing in, you agree to them. Questions go to brandon.schaefer@simplebusinesshelp.com. The privacy policy explains how information is handled.
The service
Notebinder stores conversation notes, companies, contacts, deals, item codes, to-dos, and hours for a client, and lets that client's team work in the same workspace.
Accounts
Each email has one login. You can sign in with a password or with Google. You are responsible for activity under your login and for keeping the password private. One email cannot be used to create a second client.
A client workspace
The person who creates a client is its owner. The owner can invite other people by email. People on that team can see and change that client's notes and records. You will only add information you have a right to store.
Subscription
A new client starts with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start the trial, and Stripe charges that card when the trial ends. Billing is managed in Stripe. A client that is not trialing, active, or past due cannot open its notes until billing is updated. Clients created before billing was turned on stay open.
Your content
You keep ownership of the notes and records you add. You give Notebinder permission to host, display, and back up that content so the service can run for your client. You can ask us to delete the client and its content by email.
Acceptable use
Do not use Notebinder to break the law, to attempt to access another client's workspace, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend a login that does so.
Support access
A Notebinder support administrator may open a client workspace to help with a request. That access is not a team membership, and it does not give the administrator ownership of the client's content.
Availability
The service is provided as available. We may change or stop a feature. To the extent the law allows, Notebinder is not liable for lost notes, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated date on this page will change. Continuing to use Notebinder after that date means you accept the updated terms.
